At Poseday, we are constantly studying the tenant demand and matching this demand with appropriate accommodation. We provide family homes through Buy-to-let housing or multi-let units through HMO (Houses of Multiple Occupancy) homes. In other instances, we provide new build developments or commercial to residential conversions.

Care and supported living

Here at Poseday, we pride ourselves on providing beautiful homes for vulnerable tenants. Everyone is entitled to welcoming and homely surroundings. As such, we work very closely with our clients to provide bespoke housing to suit the care that is needed or provided.

Investors

We work with investors who are passionate about providing homes for the less fortunate in our society. With their support, we source the accommodation and investors assist in securing the accommodation. If this is something you are passionate about, do reach out to us.

Training

We provide training for aspiring property developers. We conduct open days on our projects where individuals and investors can learn about our projects and gain an insight into what we do and how we do it.
