• A home for less than its market value if you’re a first time buyer (in England)
• A home through shared ownership (UK wide)
• A loan to help with the cost of building a home or hiring someone to build one (in England, Scotland and Wales)
• A loan to help with the cost of a new-build home if you’re a first-time buyer (in Wales)
• You can no longer open a Help to Buy ISA. You can still open a Lifetime ISA to save for a first home.
